flavoured textures - Redolent with the heady aromas associated with any gourmet
bakery, these mixes whip up easily - yet with gourmet results.

Regular Crepe Mix     (White Rice Blend)

Ingredients:  Molly B's Gluten-Free Regular Crepe Blend (white rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch) himalayan crystal salt

makes a light thin crepe that is delicious with any savory or sweet filling - use the same as you would for any wrap. Ideal crepe mix for wraps, crepes, burritos, tortillas, blintzes, quesadillas & more . . .
 

Nutritious Crepe Mix (Sorghum Blend)

Ingredients: Molly B's Gluten-Free Nutritious Crepe Blend (sorghum flour, potato starch, tapioca starch) himalayan crystal salt

easy to whip up, this gives you a thin crepe, a la Provence, that suits any savory or sweet filling - we have had great success using the crepe rounds for lasagna, as well as focaccia, and other pasta substitutes - ideal for wraps, crepes, burritos, tortillas, blintzes, quesadillas & more . . .

Buckwheat Crepe Mix  

Belgium Waffle &    Pancake Mix

Ingredients: Molly B's Gluten-Free Belgium Waffle & Pancake Mix (sorghum flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, xanthum gum, baking powder, himalayan crystal salt)

Delicious crisp light waffles and pancakes - try topping with chili or curry, or as a sandwich - for dessert, these waffles are a classic favourite.
 

Cake Bread Mix

(changed name from "Tea Bread Mix" - same product)

Ingredients:  Molly B's Gluten-Free Tea Bread Mix (white rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, xanthum gum)

Ultimate Pie Crust Mix

Ingredients: Molly B's Gluten-Free Perfect Pie Crust Mix (white rice flour, tapioca starch, xanthum gum)
