Shipping & Returns - Purchase Policy

99% of orders ship on the next business day and a UPS tracking number is e-mailed to you at the time of shipment. We do not currently send orders outside Canada.

Frozen Items: Note that UPS does not count weekend transit time so orders placed Wednesday - Sunday for frozen gluten-free items will be shipped on the following Monday and delivered to you on Wednesday (two days). Orders placed on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday for delivery to you on Thursday. Orders placed on Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesday for delivery to you on Friday. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the day your order ships, and it is your responsibility to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. Non-frozen items cannot be shipped with frozen ones. 10 Units fill a cooler--which we highly recommend for the best product to shipping cost ratio.

Molly B's Gluten-Free KitchenŽ Purchase Policy

For the safety of all Gluten-Free MallŽ customers we do not re-sell returned food items, regardless of their condition, therefore all sales at The Gluten-Free MallŽ are final.

The Gluten-Free MallŽ only accepts pre-authorized returns for the following reasons:

  1. The item was damaged during shipment;
  2. The item's expiration date lapsed by the time it was received;
  3. The item has spoiled or is otherwise defective.

Ingredients for all foods sold at The Gluten-Free MallŽ are posted on each product's page, and it is a customer's responsibility to read and understand them, and to select only those items that are safe for their specific diet. The gluten-free status and any other claim regarding the ingredients of any product sold at The Gluten-Free MallŽ are made solely by the manufacturer.
