Molly B’s (named for my mother, Molly) proudly and lovingly prepares our products in our 100% dedicated gluten-free facility. In this world of ever-escalating health concerns, gluten-intolerance has been gaining ground steadily. For the celiac and the gluten-intolerant, finding easy solutions to dietary challenges can be extremely frustrating. Further, for those who choose to eat healthier by eating gluten-free – the search is equally difficult – or has been until now.
