A wonderful little indoor organic market, open Saturdays only, this is where Molly B's started, in 2002, as artisan jam producers. Our line of condiments has grown since then - now available across Canada, in specialty and health food stores, as well as 'healthy' retail chains like Whole Foods Market. Molly B's offers a 'crepe stand' with Chef du Crepe Michael, offering crepes and omelettes. Our full range of gluten-free baked goods, frozen crepes and dry mixes are also available.

Our 400 square foot Pickering location is chock-full of a variety of gluten-free items to delight the palate. Select from a variety of items at Molly B’s Gluten-Free Café (eat-in or available for take-out – now featuring stuffed wraps, bagel sandwiches, bbq ribs, etc.) in the Food Court, or visit Aisle M (next to Food Court) where you can visit Molly B’s Gluten-Free Store – shopping selections include condiments, flour blends, fresh baked goods, frozen items, and much, much more! Visit Molly B’s Gluten-Free Coffee & Pastry Bar for a delightful organic beverage (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice, pop) and grab a treat to go (variety of fresh baked items to satisfy you – select a tart or a tray of tarts, bagels, as well as a huge variety of bar cookies, cake, cupcakes, muffins, fruit turnovers, and more (different flavours each week). On Sundays, order a fresh crepe with organic jam or select from a variety of crepes on the menu at Molly B’s Gluten-Free Crepe Stand in Aisle M - whether you select a spinach feta crepe smothered in Molly B’s Basil Cream Sauce and a side salad of mixed organic greens, or if you simply want a few crepes with Molly B’s Strawberry Rhubarb Spread, you will love our crepes. Molly B's offers a charming gluten-free cafe experience, with Chef Stephen at the helm. With choices ranging from stir-fries and curries, to crepes, salads and soups; from Spanish Chicken to Lamb Cacciatore. Addicted regulars already know what they want to order, and often have ordered in advance, including take-home (fresh or frozen meals of choice). The gluten-free butter tarts, lemon tarts and pumpkin tarts are so sublime, so delicious, so popular that it is the wise shopper who orders them in advance (available in trays of 6). Have we talked about the spectacular Lindy's-style cheesecake or the Crepe Stack Cakes? - available by special order, they are in a league all their own. For those with simpler tastes, the banana bread, zucchini raisin bread and carrot pineapple bread are perfection. Available by special order is their apple cake and honey cake (holiday orders).
