At Molly B’s, we are driven to create gluten-free tastes that remind us to take pause and enjoy the small things in life … like one of our delicious pizza crusts, piled high with our favourite toppings, or a slice of our crusty pumpernickel bread, thickly slathered with cream cheese and smoked salmon, or digging into a stack of crepes, dripping with organic butter and maple syrup, sizzly and melt-in-your mouth – or one of our brownies, chocolatey rich, moist and chewy – or our signature tarts – butter tarts, with melt-in-your-mouth flaky pastry and a rich sweet filling OR our lemon tart, filled with a luscious tart lemon curd … We could tempt you further by rambling on about our amazing array of baked goods, but we invite you to try us instead.Molly B’s is a dedicated and certified gluten-free commercial bakery, with a variety of products available in stores and restaurants across Canada.

 

Molly B’s (named for my mother, Molly) proudly and lovingly prepares our products in our 100% dedicated gluten-free facility. In this world of ever-escalating health concerns, gluten-intolerance has been gaining ground steadily. For the celiac and the gluten-intolerant, finding easy solutions to dietary challenges can be extremely frustrating. Further, for those who choose to eat healthier by eating gluten-free – the search is equally difficult – or has been until now. At Molly B’s, we use only the finest, high-quality ingredients creating luscious tastes and textures, offering a large variety of vegetarian and vegan products. Our mission does not end there – our mission is to bring the cleanest label to the market, free of additives, preservatives, artificial or ‘natural’ flavourings and colourings and fillers, using organic ingredients whenever possible, and always using non-gmo ingredients.
