YES! Molly B's is a dedicated and certified gluten-free facility!

Are there nuts in any of your products?

Accepted Answer

No - we never use nuts or peanuts in our products.

Question 3

Do you use corn or soy?

Accepted Answer

No - we do not use corn or soy in our products. However, any products that contain marshmallows do contain some corn - we are looking into sourcing a corn-free marshmallow so stay tuned.

I have a lot of allergies - what is your "free from" list?"

Accepted Answer

Due to ever-mounting challenges with our diets, Molly B's has a strong list of ingredients that we never use ... which includes:
We never use gluten, corn*, soy, canola, sugar beets, nuts, additives, preservatives, flavourings, colourings, fillers and gmo's (geneticall modified ingredients).  * corn is in the  marshmallow we use - this will be changing - stay tuned.
 
We have recently been asked if we transglutaminase .... and the answer is no ... never!
 
We seldom use dairy - the only products containing dairy are the following: cheese bread, potato cheese perogies, any shortbread cookies.   If you are unsure, feel free to email us at mollybsglutenfree@gmail.com.

Yes!  All our products freeze very well.

Are your products made in Canada?

Yes - we are proudly Canadian - all products are made in our dedicated, certified, gluten-free facility in the GTA, Ontario, Canada.

Many of our products are found in stores and restaurants across Canada.   We also have a unique line of products we offer online on this website, for either pickup at one of our weekly farmers markets in the GTA, or delivery to your doorstep.
